    Audio glitching

    Unibox HD1 with 2tb buffalo external hdd - audio on recorded tv programs is fine but audio on downloaded media files (avi etc) is glitching although video is fine

    also video on some mkv files is breaking up (very blocky!)

    both files play fine on WD TV media player so its not the files

    any ideas what i can tweak/add/change?

    I have no issue with mkv files although I have had 3 different receivers and all have struggled with playing avi files correctly with glitching picture and audio
