part channel list loss

I have Ultimo and have been regularly updating when green light flashes without any problem.
Last night light was flashing but was a pink colour.
I updated as I have done so On restart I have now lost Part of my Channel list I have Sky Order list and have lost Channels 101 to 239 inclusive
I have auto bouquet updater which i have done No Change
Please advice what i need to do next
