To make it short,I will provide step sequence:
Vu+Ultimo start>stay on 4:3 DVB-T channel>info bar always flash 16:9>image is stretched.>A/V settings stay on Pillarbox.
This effect is not a DVB-S. Maybe someone noticed it? Thanks.
