can any one tell me can unibox hd2 do everything the vu+ can do and is there any advatages in buying one over the other.

VU+ is the name of the company. Which model do you want to compare with?
If you're comparing the HD2 to say a Duo, then yes.
The HD2 has better spec CPU, more flash and more ram and plug & play tuners.

How does the HD2 compare to the Solo2?

hi m8 just got a solo2 and have to say that it is terrific, especially compared to my previous boxes. I looked at the Venton and Gigablue Quad and they look to be fine boxes. I can't compare them to solo 2 but decided to spend a bit extra and am not disappointed. this box is lightning fast, maybe a bit overpriced but seems fairly futureproof
