No problem, my dad had a similar issue with his box and that was the only way I could get it to work. Not sure why though because mine is set up exactly the same with multiple providers and it works fine.
There has been a problem with a motorised setup, that might be triggered by a multi provider setup. But that was fixed several builds ago,

Yeah well that is what i thought but for some bizarre reason if i have multiple providers selected in my case Sky Scotland and Sky UK i get [Cannot read data] when doing an ABM scan. If i deslect Sky UK ABM scan works perfectly, i feel i have a duty to report back to the Forum exactly what happened in my particular case as it may help other forum users on this Magnificent Amazingly helpful and Informative site.
