Program listing in bouquets

Hi am using sky uk hd epg bouquet and update it daily via set up /service searching/auto bouquetmaker and configure daily update with simple setup. Providers are
Free sat london and sky Atherstone

Is there someting else i should be configuring as i only get the FTA channels updated

What local card and cam you have?

also, are you sure you are looking in the correct bouquets?
what order have you them in?
mabe scroll down the list of bouquets to see if your sky ones are there or add the provider name to the bouquets in ABM so you know which you're using?

Top of list is All Channels followed by a list of bouquets such as entertainment, movies, sport, HD, FTA etc about 30 of them. Then i have a heading Astra/Eurobird (28.2 East) with a list of sky bouquets starting Sky uk Hd Epg followed by a list of sky bouquets again showing different catagories as above but prefied with SKY.
None of the sky listings have program info in any category.
What am i doing wrong?

I am using the sky uk hd epg bouquet but again no sky prog listings shown, only when i choose a program does info come in for that channel and often other associated channels
