    Got My Venton HD2 today..

    Got my Venton HD2 today..

1st off.. Packaging top notch.. Extremely well packaged..
Great looking box as well.. Really nice feel to the remote.. And looks the part also..
Flashing it was so easy.. Put USB stick in HD2 with latest Vix 3.0 Build 683 on it..
Turned on the HD2.. and pressed up button on front of the receiver to flash..
The usual 2-3 minutes to flash.. and box booted itself after flashing..
I then just removed the USB pen.. and went through the FIW.. Just as i would when setting up any other Vix supported box..
Installed my softcam and a few other ipk`s that i always use..
I do not have a spare 2.5 HDD.. But had a 250GB USB pen laying here.. So plugged that into one of the back USB slots.. and left it as media/hdd
Done the EPG download.. and also ran the ABM ..
    Added mmcmedia picons..
Set a couple of test recordings.. and all working perfectly..
Been using it now for a few hours.. Just messing around with it.. and its been totally rock solid..

To anyone who is thinking about buying a new twin tuner box.. and you are on a budget..
Look no further than the Venton HD2.. Cracking little box for the cash..

You will defo not be disapointed..
