Take a screenshot of your timers (short yellow) and auto-timers (long yellow) screens & post them here.
Also, how are your tuners configured?

    Re: Hi help please

Can you confirm you have two wires from lnb to receiver? If so, set them up individually. Don't use the "equal to tuner a"

if you have two cables from the same fixed dish them set both tuners to

    Simple
    Single
    28.2 east
    No.

that is assuming your dish is pointing towards sky uk.

It will be fine. You wont have to go through the setup process again.

'Equal to' sometimes gives problems; better set it to the proper settings to be sure.

Start a recording and then go to the chanenl list. If no channels are greyed out, then both tuners are independent.

Excluding the timer recording issue, you can record several channels on the same TP on each tuner.
Alternatively, two web interface viewings and a third watching TV proper although you get issues on HD chanels as network suffers.
