A basic guide for complete set up

Just got my solo2, with vix image

Firstly how to I get back into setup wizzard I pushed the wrong button and I need to change the height.

Secondly is there a set up guide for people like me who don't know how to set up the tuner

With my alien 2 the members image set up the tuners


I am just running the box with a fixed satellite a sky uk

yes.

1. google your TV model and overscan then turn it off ( by far the best option ) or if thats not possible.

menu> setup> system> user interface> position setup.

I followed the guide and i have a picture, i used the auto boquets and epg is working to a usb

how do you add a channel list to the box.

Is it find and download a file called silver fox?

For Uk you can use the builtin AutoBoquetMaker in the VIX image
Menu/Service Searching/AutoBoquetsmaker

Configure it for your region then run a scan, 60secs later youll have all your channels.

yes i did this last night, but i want to organise them into sections like kids, movies sports etc.

if this has allredy happened, how do you access the groups, or is there a easy way to group them

ABM already does organize them into favorites exactly the same as a sky box would.

so how do you select a group from your control?

Press tv button then blue for Favourites

also cursor down brings up current bouquet then blue for bouquet list etc
