    3TB Drives single partition?

    Hi

Just trying to add extra storage added a 3TB drive but only shows as 746GB

Anyone had any luck with adding a 3TB drive as a single partition?

    Hi pheonix

I've tried to just setting the drive in the hard drive settings - tried both ext3 & ext4 drive only shows as 746GB

Have tried using parted but I found it messed up the image

Just to update this thread I managed to get the drive working as a single partition using parted took a while to work out how to do it but got there in the end

Might be a good idea if this could be written into the vix image as it took a while for me to get it working as a Linux newbie
