    Unhappy Restarting Vu+ Duo

    by restarting Vu+ Duo when it says it needed to be restarted, you see the OpenVix screen. It will not go further on to restart the TV programs.
    What do I do?

    power off at the back, wait a minute and re-boot, this usually does the trick I find

    Hi check that your on the satellite the stb was on before could be in restarting its gone back to previous know channel and thats why you not viewing a channel.

    when you say restarting when it says it needed to restart can you tell us why this was happening just incase there are other reasons.
