Tune Failed ?

I have just gone from Astra 28 to Hotbird 13, and I was watching a channel on there when this happened.
Tune Failed ?
I have the latest Catseye E2 Setting File 75 East-45 West 30.03.2013 ,is this related to my other problem .Problems started from last Friday ,and on Sunday I thought I had got it sorted but it seems not.
