    guidance please

    Hi WOS, sorry i'm new to this, I have had a TM5402 HD now for a month now and all seems ok apart for throughout the time I have been getting a lot of freezing and scrambled channel appearing on screen is this down to my provider or my setup i have a standard 80cm dish and 60mb internet and the TM5402 HD. any advice on what could be causing this would be very much appreciated. many thanks in advance
