    1080p output

    I have installed a Vu+ Solo and all is working fine except the output is in 720p. How do I set it to 1080p?

    1080p on these boxes is as far as i recall for media playback such as MKV files only not live TV.

    it can output 1080i on live TV tho

    I don't have "mode" on the A/V Setting menu, I have the following

    Color Format CVBS
    Aspect Ratio 16:9
    TV System PAL
    WSS on 4:3 enable
    Dolby Digital Default yes
    General Dolby Digital delay 0
    General PCM Delay 0
    Dolby Digital down mix yes

    Any idea?

    I have solved the problem, the box was shipped with old firmware, an upgrade to the latest ViX Team image has cured the problem
