No, UK players (ITV & BBC) work outside the UK.
Irish players (RTE & TV3) are still geo limited as far as I know.

Quality of streams, a default setting will probably be added in the future so you no longer have this extra screen, but as pheonix said, this plugin is still work in progress.

Just want to report one bug I have found.:
The "Straight off the Telly" programs on 3 Player do not play.
The irish players, ( RTE and 3player) are still geo locked, the uk ones are not.

How long does the ITV player take to load, left it for a good 10 minutes but no list was loading?
on Vix Build 600 Vu+ Ultimo
should only take maybe 30 seconds.
