Hello, I am trying to activate the swap file option in ViX image and have created a file in documents called swap file as it asked but when I go back to activate it it still asks me to create a file where do I FTP it?

Why not post this sort of thing in the VIX forum?

First of all: this is a question about ViX, so please ask in the ViX section.
Secondly: use the SWAP-manager to create a swap-file. That's what the manager is made for; a SWAP-file Is not a document.........

Help asked via PM will be ignored.
The forum is there for help and all will benefit from your questions.
