All my audio has disappeared from my UK HD channels...can anyone help??

Last week all the audio disappeared from my UK HD channels. Ive rescanned and updated my catseyes etc but still nothing. I do get those annoying narrative versions but nothing else. Can anyone help me?

yes the options for ac3 and mpeg audio are both there. AC3 doesnt work and the MPEG one is usually the narrative that works but is annoying.
