can the tm2t record onto a network storage device??

Hi im thinking of buying a TM2T to record on but do i need to purchase a hdd or will it record onto my network storage devic(nas drive)?

I Can confirm this will Record to your NAS OK, mine is setup to do this, but I dont use this as it is not the best after testing it out.
Record to Internal SATA Drive is the best, & i can playback media off my NAS thru the box onto my TV, it is very slow to transfer the data to the NAS over the network.
