    Re: recording problems now

I presume this is with external files ie not recorded on the receiver it self ?.

It has been mentioned a few times that this is one of the few areas in which this box is a little bit of a let down, although it is worth pointing out that no satellite receiver can ever be a proper media player due to the fact that they cant use software codecs etc.

Any way this is a driver issue that we are waiting on TM to fix.

The current E2 TM box's are great for recording & watching TV.
If you throw anything else at them, they are a big let down.
TM are aware of the issues, so hopefully we'll get driver updates soon.
Saying that, few Sat box's will cope well with all media formats.
