    Network Setup

    Hello Team
After moving away from Dream, I now have a Vu+ Solo.
I have installed this image from USB:
    http://www.vuplus-support.co.uk/show...10-USB-Drivers

I have problem with the network working.
I cannot seem to get my network to be recognised.

    dhcp: no
    IP 192.168.1.67
    mask: 255.255.255.0
    gateway : 192.168.1.254

    If I do a test -
    LAN adapter - Intergrated Ethernet
    Local : connected
    dhcp: disabled
    IP address: confirmed
    NameServer: confirmed
    _
But if I try and download CAM for example.
I get 'There was an error downloading the packetlist. ".

I am using Ethernet Home Plug.

its worth mentioning I think that I tried to install 'modules' via Vti Addon Install.
Through usb . where I put the tar.gz file in a folder 'tmp' - But it could not find it.
Reading this back I realise what I am --- a newbie

Any help is always good !
    OK ..
1: - I began to blame the BT router.. - So I turned off the firewall...because who needs them hey !! :-)
    2: Re-installed image again
    3: Picked DHCP
4:... It works..and its now got a different IP address too !
    - Re-read a post I saw earlier.. - And tried to connect from my browser..I can do that as well.
    - Now its cccam to sort. - But I'll raise a new threat if that's needed.
( I better load the other drivers if I can ..)
SLOTH - You just made my Wednesday come alive !! - thank-you !
