Blue to bring up PIP menu and than blue again to enable - will only come on when you change channels

i'm using blackhole image at the moment and it seems to be pretty much the same as vix when activating and deactivating PIP function.

what i want to know is can you have pip whilst watching a recording. so you have the recording going on the main picture and the smaller picture shows what's on tuner A for example.

is this possible on any image vix/blackhole/vti?

Indeed: that's the way to go. Works perfect (on ViX anyway; probably on other images as well).

thanks for the reply, quite a good feature for me. will this only take up one tuner once i start watching the recording or will both tuners be used?

Well, PiP obviously takes a tuner. Other tuners will only be used if recordings are being made at the same time (and on an other transponder).
