    no picture please help

    hi, i have just installed a new image on my friends dreambox but i aint getting any picture on the channels. i have set the tuner configurations to simple then put my long and lat in, checked them in satfinder and they are all working in there snr - 94% agc 99%. the only thing that throws me back is 15.2dB dont no what that is

    have you scanned the satellite your dish is pointed at ?

    just done a scan on 28 east but it didnt find any channels is they a file missing on my box
