    Box stuck on load screen after software update

    Hi All

    I just did a vix software upgrade on my box, the box is now stuck on the openvix loading screen and giga is on the front of the box, the red light is on the power button.
    How do I recover from this ? Do I need to do re-flash the box from usb ? I am on the new bootloader.

    Any guidance would be great..

    Yes re-flash, no need to flash bootloader.

    Finaly succeed. The only way was to install Team REd again. But this image seems blocking to change to another image some way.
    I'd like to use VIX, but after installation TEAM RED starting and working again
