Keep loosing channels

I am having a right night mare with some channels on my Twin.

Now and again the odd channel will get removed from the bouquet and wont come back unless i re-scan (auto-bouquets) or ftp the channel list to my box , it happened a lot with the auto-bouquets plugin in the feeds and now it is starting to do it with my modded MrMister list that i have as a back up. the channel that's is giving me the most grief is BBC3 and its always after 7 when they start broadcasting.

Any one else have this problem or know how i can sort it??

i apolagise.. im using VIX and the latest build that can be downloaded i think 454
