Oh ..right!!! So, its I pay a few quid yearly for the vpn then I can register on tv catchup ? That seems a resonable soultion to satellite I cant recieve
Well lads, finally got the latest & last "nail in the coffin" news when i read that the astra 2f beam is confirmed a) skewed more towards sweden and b) more towards south which explains why us in jutland dk cant recieve signals - also the BBC will change its channels over to the astra 2e (when its launched) by next summer . Thanks to all for helping out with this thread......
Last word - for me at least , all is not lost, Ive just bought a security broken net based tv viewer from the usa and so can see the 28e fta channels (tho not all). So footie & snooker's here to stay!!!!!

the BBC also use 27.5 west for its terrestrial feeds although these are very hard to open on E2 receivers due to the way there transmitted.

Hmmm will get to work scanning the 16e but would think these progs will soon be coded, being temp fta at least thats the usual way it goes.
