TM-5302 HD how to update epg continiously help needed

hi im new to the forum ive just got this new box and can someone please give me a dummy newbie tutorial how to keep this epg updated i managed to update them to show programs now and next but i had to do them nearly channel by channel ive got a 1 gb usb in i dloaded the latest list ect i seen a tutorial about updating it every 12 hrs i cant fiquire that out thanks guys

how do u even update now and next programs?? Just got box days ago

have a look here it will be name program only on 7-day epg and when you refresh the epg on the channel now and next full info +7-day epg name title only will remain. http://www.world-of-satellite.com/sh...l=1#post120665
when you reboot the box 7 day epg will be gone
or you can load the freesat 7-day epg with full info on any of the freesat channels but it is very slow.
When in epg mode press the info button to see the epg populate in the more days epg mode.
