CCcam enable auto restart after power failure on GiGablue 800 UE using VIX image

Hi All

I noticed that my Gigablue 800 UE did not restart the CCam after power failure and I had to restart it manually by pressing blue button etc etc, so did some research on the forum and have now fixed my problem.

Here's what i did for anyone who encounters the same problem.

Gigablue Ue automatic restart of Ccam problem on VIX

We need to set up Ccam to enable on startup

1. Blue Button
2. Softcam Manager
3. Blue button

We now should have a green tick next to CCam so press red button to close.

We now have to save the settings we just created on the internal memory of the box so that after power failure, CCam will be enabled on resumption of power.

To do this

1. Menu
2. Standby /Restart
3. Restart Enigma

Box will now reboot and from now on CCam will always be running even after power failure

Job Done!

Hope this helps someone as it was annoying keep going to the box to restart it.

One other thing I have also found is that this problem does not happen on the VU+Ultimo using the same VIX image. as long as we have a green tick on CCam there is no need to restart enigma to save the settings.
