Advice needed on possible v+ ultimo setup

Hi, my current satellite setup is, a technomate tm500 super running UR image with CCcam this is connected to a fixed dish with a dual LNB on astra 19.2 and hotbird 13.0 .I also have another sly dish connected to my sly+ hd box this has two feeds. My idea is to buy a vu+ ultimo and make use of the triple tuner with the two feeds from the sly dish and the one feed from other dish.Does this sound a good idea. Also with what image would I need to flash the v+ ultimo with to enable me to put my existing CCcam cxxxxx in?

First of all, we do not allow CS talk here, so although you are new here, you need to read the rules again

as far as your question goes

if you are looking at a third dish, really it needs to be motorized, I would use Quad lnbs as well
if you buy the unit from the forum sponcer, you will be offered the chance to have the unit "pre imaged"

    Vix would be my preference
    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
and a pile of redundant cards/cams

    Hi,
it is not a perfect combination. I would go for at least quad LNBs on all dishes and then one 4x1 diseqc switch for each tuner. In this way you have complete freedom and each of the 3 tuner can access all 3 sats.

Technically your solution would work but you can only see/record either 19e or 13e.

    ciao
