any body able to read my crash logs?

as it says i have a few crash logs on my box, any one like to help is out?

send them to us using the inbuilt logs manager on the receiver it self. or if you cant do that upload the files here for us to look over ( upload the files please dont copy and paste the contents of the files as they can be rather large ).

it would also help if you could give us some more information as to what you were doing just prior to the crash and a little info about your setup.

right i have a hd800ue with latest vix image, was workin great untill the missus switched it off via the mains with no shut down, now once booted says tune failed

been reading posts on here and people are saying try a reflash and start from scratch, so tryed this and i am having no luck whatsoever

placing the correct files etc on the root of my freshly formatted fat32 usb and the box just boots up as if nothing is there,

noteced there was a few crash logs saved and just wondering if these would tell me whats wrong

Have you checked your tuner configuration?

yes changed it to send diseqc as people have said there is a bug
