    Angry Openvix-3.0 Problems/Hdmi?

Got a box from WOS, helping a family setup i notice a few crashing logs appearing anyways my main problem was no sound and picture was displaying in a purple kind shade. Could this be the software side? ive tried different hdmi cable but no joy. Any suggestions?

on my solo i have 2.4 running in which i happy with could downgrade 3.0 for the above? or is it something I should send back for a replacement?

have a look at menu/setup/system/av settings, and make sure its set to HDMI

it most likely is, but worth looking

I had some thing very simular a while back, and as I remember, it was some thing in AV settings

no because there never was a 2.4 series ViX image, we only started support in the 3.0 series.

Try re-flashing build 364 here http://www.world-of-satellite.com/en...aBlue-HD800UE/ Check the first install wizard. Do not restore any backups or anything.
