Update LogManager.py
enigma2.sh: Don't load libpassthrough
InfoBarGenerics: forward infobar instance to teletext plugin
[Translations] NL update
HdmiCec: use maxint from sys instead of a fixed hexadecimal
RecordTimer/InfoBarGenerics: detect any keypresses when required
[ScreenSaver] it seems the delay did not adversly effect other boxes, so make it default.
[VideoHardware] clean logging, so easier to read.
[ScreenSaver] hide as soon as any keypress is detected, not just on flag == 1.
[ScreenSaver] add a slight delay to moving, as fast CPU's can process image moves quicker and it manages to build up a buffer, so when a key press is detected it has to clear the buffer before the screensaver is hidden. this delays move so no buffer is built up.
Do not go to Standby for zap(&record) timer when receiver is controlled
Move show scart on mainmenu option to Userinterface Configuration
Revert "Move VRC Scart on main menu option to Videomode (av) menu"
[RecordTimer] fix for timers running concurrently with no before or after buffers. (thanks Black64)
