    complete newbie needs help

Just received my new Vu Duo and need some help.

    so far I have completed
1 - Unpacked, connected up two inputs, hooked up to network and,
2 - completed following guide "How to Install CCcam/MGCamd/Others on Duo/Solo/Uno/ET9000/ET5000 ViX" along with ccam.cfg and all seems to have went well.
3 - completed servicescan from menu.

I know probably asking stupid question but where are my channels to view and what am i missing and sorry if I am not asking the right questions or in the wrong place.

press ok, then down button, green button...to get sats, select presumably 28 east, select say bbc 1 press ok
if you wish to use cccam press blue button, select cam manager, sideways scroll, select cccam, and then yellow button to start it ( i think )

also if you go menu plugins, green button to download, then select seettings, the select either catseye listings or mr mr settings, this will produce a full set of channel listings,
    Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
    1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
and a pile of redundant cards/cams
