    i cannot ftp into my et5000 since installing the new vix, just getting access denied, help !

    if you restored a settings backup from a earlier version of ViX, despite the warning not to you will have broken the FTP Protocol in the image amongst other things. if this is the case only a complete reflash WITHOUT restoring from a settings backup will fix it.
