ECM fix for VU + OE 1.6

Here's a fix for the ECM nan, who appeared in the latest generation of image. This is probably drawn from the DM800 but it works.
Throw in the lib folder and restart enigma, at the first reboot, you will throw out the green screen and will probably be necessary to restart the CCAM that starts to work.

Be careful when using this, it can cause a massive slow down.

As mentioned in the vix release thread, this can cause massive slow down. Tried it when was testing the image, and on playback of some recordings, I had it jerking really badly...
