    Latest VIX 3.0 and VFD picons

    I just installed the new vix 3.0 image but the vfd picons doesn't come up. Is there any special setting to make them show as I already have them save to lcd_picon directory in usb.

    There's an option in the menu, I think the display one to enable showing of picons

    I have found out the enable picons option on display and I can see the picons now. Thanks.

    You need to restart the GUI or reboot the box for the option to take effect

    I am using the latest VIX image fully updated on a VU Ultimo

    exactly which folder could I put picons in ?

    root/ ?

    is there a difference in the picons on lcd display and the display on TV screen

    I have spent the last 3 hours trying to sort this ? There must be a guide on here somewhere but I cannot find it ?
