Vu+ solo Error

Hi team

I'm newer to this from and beginner in vu+ also.
So today i've get a green screen from my box : Your STB have encountered a software error , the STB need to reboot.
Well waiting 1 hours if something will be done , nothing always the box reboot with the same screnn.

By searching on internet find that i'll need to flash my vu+ with blackhole 1.7.6 which is the last version that is stable. My question is there any other friendly image ? what is difference between black hole and VTi image ?

Also i've found a toolbox ver 3.1 , the FAQ is in german , and many tools embended need to know how to use them.
In Morocco this is how that is works :
1- you buy the recevier vu+
2- you pay a provided a yearly ammount to have all crypted channels opens

So if i plan to flash my vu+ i 'll need to recover my file server configuration isn't it ?

Did it state it will have a years package/gift installed?

How much dud you pay and did it work when you 1st got it??
