    How To Upgrade Image On Venton Unibox Via USB Memory Stick

    Preparation

    Format the USB drive to the filesystem FAT 32.

    Create the folder;

    Download the image file, see the following 3 files;

    Copy the 3 files into the Venton-hd1 folder.

    Copy the folder Venton-hd1 to a USB drive.

    Upgrade

    Turn off the power.

    Insert the USB drive into the USB port on the rear of the device.

    Turn on the power.

    The upgrade process starts automatically. The upgrade process can be see on the VFD display.

    If the upgrade process is successful, you can see on the VFD display the message; ` Complete...`.

    Now you can disconnect the USB drive from the device and restart the device.

    I was trying to flash my box with the above directions but with no result. I finally found out that the folder's name should be unibox-hdx and no unibox-hd1!
