ET 5000 won't update or load plugins

Hi Guys,
Loaded latest Vix image to Extrend 5000.
Looks great
but it won't let me update or load plugins.
On the online update it says The box is not connected to the internet,please check connections and try again.
internet is working perfect, i even restarted network.

On the plugins it says sorry feeds are down for maintenance
