error in sky 3d hot bird

when i go to service (sky 3d 11785 v dvb-s2 8psk 29900 3/4 ) don't open and get error :

( sevice not found sid not found in pat )

although it work before ?

i try re scan but no vain the same error

what can i do help me

Sounds like frequency change, have a look in the NEW folder for a 3D channel

After your scan did you select the newly scanned 3d channel or the exitsting one in your bouquet?

To get the last scanned, press the TV button, blue button for fav's and then select "last scanned"

To add it to an existing bouquet then while on the channel in the list, press menu and select "add service to bouquet"
