    Jerky Picture on ultimo!

    Hi all
I have a realy anoying problem with my ultimo
The problem is when viewing channels its like skipping frames
On sd and some hd depending on the broadcast it making it realy Juddary. scroling text on news etc is ok.
i dont know whats causing it but somethings like cartoons/sport look very interlaced on fast movment.
Brurring on fast movment left/up/down Panning is someyimes juddary
I have tryied everything to cure it with the plugins and it makes no difrance.

The problem is hard to explain. and all images are the same.
auto res plugin has no effect on it..
anyone got this problem or is it just me?
    could this be a fault?
I dont think the seller will do anything about this as its hard to provide proof.
Hope this problem sorts itself about mabie drivers etc..
I have other e2 boxes and none have this problem....

    Hi,
disable all features your TV has to offer. I mean 100Hz (or more), sharpen or noise filter and so on. Set your Ultimo fixed to 720p or 1080i and 50Hz and see if it makes a difference.

    ciao

with moving images, is there a trail ( ghost image ) following the moving subject?

or is the screen totally jumbled

the other thing to check, is the HDMI cable

Remove the tuners m8, then put one in and try it, if the same swap with other tuner to see if thats the same, you do have it connected via the HDMI lead and not scart or that ?

there are a number of possibility's

despite good signal strengths it could be interference from another sat
a corrupt channel list/sat xml file
    dodgy HDMI cable
if a cam is running, ie, cccam, is auto update running, I had a problem with this, disabled it, and now all is ok

also where was the unit bought from, is it a genuine unit?
