    Removing PIP from vix extension list

    Is these a way to remove the PIP option in the extension list.

    My other half always manages to press blue button twice and doesnt want to learn how to get out of it. By pressing blue button twice!

    Anyway, as PIP functionality is pretty rubbish on the duo, is there a way to remove it from the extension list?

    Thanks

    1- I don't think it to be rubbish at all: it serves it's purpose very well;
    2- If you're referring to the 'stuttering' pictures (I-frames only) on HD-channels, you could use the PiP-servicerelation plugin;
    3- To hide entries from any menu you could use the plugin 'pluginhide'. You'll have to google for that, as it was removed from our feeds on the authors request.

    Hi,
    on DUO it is I-Frames only on SD and HD so PiPServiceRalation has no benefit. You cannot remove it completely because it is a kernel feature but perhaps the plugin Rob mentioned works.

    ciao
