yes the remote has a button marked Timer under the timeshift button, before upgrading to the newest ViX pressing the timer button would take you to the timers same as pressing the green button.

et5000 has the same button and the same issue.

i'm trying ViX-2.4.119-et9x00_usb.zip, i have the right bootloader installed (i've had vix 2.3 till 2 hours ago), i'm stuck on booting (vfd) and openvix "gray" loading background, from time to time it "loads" something and the spinning vix icon appears on the upper left corner and a little dot on vfd just on left of Booting..., then both disappears again and NOTHING happens, help.

    I have a ct-et9000

    Best is to telnet:
    Code:
    init 4
    enigma2
and the see what's going wrong in the telnet output.

Well, it definitely shows a problem. But I'm not competent to see what causes it.
    What plugins did you install?

    Which version did you install?
You could try another version from here
The first boot after flashing? Or after a restore?

Edit: Indeed: all USB-ports should be empty when flashing.
