No EPG Data

Hi there

I have both vu solo and duo boxes i have my epg setup for 28east, i first noticed the problem on my solo receiver i went into the epg setup and requested manual download of data which it proceeded to do loading something like 50503 events after which i exit from the programe. On pressing the epg button the epg was empty?
Now i did the same on my duo with exactly the same results, thinking it could be an image glitch i decided to reinstall the latest image vix 2.3 v204 after setting up i again did a manual update of epg data which it said found xxxx events but again when viewing the epg nothing??
Has anyone else had this problem checking the forum nobody has reported Rytec down I havent changed anything in the solo and for the same to be happening to the duo too must mean a problem with Rytec or vix image.

its unusual as normally if the site is down it records zero data but this time it claims on both units to have found events ?

Same problem here too (different box thou) grabs 50000+ event but does not populate to the channels correctly. No work around yet

Same problem on my VU Solo with Kernel 3.1.1 Image Version 2.3 Build 204.

Try using CrossEPG and OpenTV see if the EPG populated properly with that as opposed to XMLTV.

Not sure crossepg works on my limited TM800HD , but will try and find a work around

Gave mine another go sunday afternoon without any luck i will prob reboot the box monday morning and see if that helps. rytec needs to get a grip of this problem as it seems its going down every weekend of late

Ive changed skins,image and messed with settings for 4 days but now its decided to come back.

I'm having the same problem. downloads ok but epg is empty when you try and view it. for some reason the movies have epg but nothing else, it has been like this for about 5 days, (vix 2.4 not the new version). Has anyone any ideas?
