I know where your coming from. i my self went from a E1 DM7020 to a Uno a little under a year ago, and some of the features i took for granted just were not there any more. unfortunately though much of this is down to how the Enigma 2 system it self is coded and there is little that can be done to work around some of these problems.

SIMPLES.
Why would you want to? If you are using a USALS motor the dish alignment is set at the time of the install. If the dish goes out of alignment you can't correct that from the receiver.
If you are using a positioner you can use the V-box remote to move the dish and save the position. Signal is displayed on the info bar so no need to be in that menu.
