Anyone got problems on the Ultimo (using Blackhole here) accessing TV3 Denmark on 4.8 deg east? It works on the Duo on the same freq but shows 0% on the Duo
Solved by re-scan. Bizarre as both boxes using the same channel database. I'll thank myself

seriously though, at present, not many own these units, and even fewer have access to 5 east,
but in the past, I have loaded predefined channel listings, and needed to do, as you have done, to trigger them into action,
but well done, as this will be helpfull to others
Units; VU+Ultimo/duo/DM800/7020HD/tm9100
1.2 channel master/quad feedhorn/36volt /vbox
1 fixed dish, and 1 motorized 1mtr dish
and a pile of redundant cards/cams
I sometimes fine that some channels don't work and even a re-scan won't find them.
Not just between my Duo and Ultimo but also the father in laws Uno.
Worst case I find, is just do a manual scan of the transponder causing the problem, and just add 1 to the frequency (i.e. 10930 would become 10931) and it usually cures it and saves having to rescan the whole sat.
what are your Vu ultimo SNR measures on TV D 12.054V
and what SNR do you got at 12.437V, 12.456H, 12.476V

sasho - I resolved the problem, but you'd like me to check at my end for you?
yes please check the freq I posted as I got problems with locking V pol transponders after 12.090V which are working 24/7 with other boxes
are you satisfied with tuner sensitivity of your ultimo compared to duo or other box
have you find V pol transponders that give you 99 SNR
