I also find every day in enigma2.po and the file is all right translated, but the skin is not displaying what i have translated.

I changed the file name from enigma2-no.mo to enigma2.mo
Transferred to the correct folder.
Reboot STB.

The current day is Monday. It has been translated to Mandag but appears as Måndag.
Yesterday was Sunday. It has been translated to Søndag but appears as Sundag.

Where can I find *.po files for the different plugin?
I have seen in / usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions and / usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/SystemPlugins but there is only *.mo files.

Hi,

opkg install enigma2-po

for some vix specific text you must install enigma2-plugin-vix-core-po.

in telnet and you will have all pos for enigma2. You can also configure the plugin/extension manager to show po in the plugin list so that you can install it from there. Plugins need separate translation files and must be installed separately if available.

When in pluginbrowser push the menu-button. Now you have the option to activate language files. When done, you'll see that pluginbrwser --> green will bring up language packages to install.
After doing so, you'll find the xx.po-files inside the plugin folder.

I'm working on translation for AutoTimer but get this error:

error: 'msgstr' is not a valid python format string, unlike 'msgid'. reson: in the directive number 1, the character 'a' is not a valid specifier.

The original string is this:

If this is enabled an existing timer will also be considered recording an event if it records at least 80% of the it.

And i have translated it in to:

Dersom denne er aktivert vil en eksisterende timer vurdere å ta opp en hendelse hvis opptaket er minst 80% av den.

What is wrong?
