hi does any one do an blackhole dream ellite 133d with built in cccam as when i flash mine without cccam i carnt seem to get it to work when i try to put cccam into folders many thx

You can built it from the TS panel.
1-Addons
2-TunisiaSat Dreambox Addons
3-Plugins-cams
4- select Cccaminfo_snv_3385-r0_all
and now restart to Enigma2 it's now working..

Blackhole no longer make images for DM hardware so any image bearing the BH name is either a very old one or one some one else has patched to work on DM hardware.

as for the TS panel it's a tool for lazy people and best avoided in my opinion.
