Help! My EPG wizard has lost its magic dust.

I installed the latest version of VIX a few weeks ago and setup EPG. Downlaned a bunch of plugins, This gave me listings for all channels for weeks in advance.

Those listings have now come to the end of the line and there is nothing showing into the future.
I have set it to automatically EPG refresh everynight a 4am.
I have set it to store epg.dat on the hdd.
I have manually downloaded as many epg listings as I think suitable.
I have said a prayer to the infant Jesus for wisdom and guidance.

None of this works as I get zilch showing in the scheduler lists.
How do I get the EPG wizard to become my friend again.

Also what is the minimum that I need to enable to get 28.2 UK and Ireland listings

Have you tried deleting the epg.dat file from the HDD then trying to download the epg file manually, also if you have a USB stick in try removing it first, I have an issue with this and the USB thing.

When I go to System/EPG/FOrce EPG.Dat Conversion now

It responds EPG Error: Cannot open epg.dat

WTF is going on ? Do I need to do a factory reset?

    start all over again mate.

as stated remove the epg.dat file from the hdd if it's still there, format the pen and mount it /media/usb/ point the epg.dat setup to the pen, and away you go.
