Iran’s Voice and Vision Organization will officially launch a Spanish language TV channel on 21 December 2011, the Fars news agency reported on 17 December. The channel will broadcast from the Iranian capital Tehran. Initially, it will be on air with 16-hour programming, but it will switch to round-the-clock broadcast, the agency said.
The channel is called Hispan TV and has two websites* - Hispantv.com and Hispantv.ir. It will be available in Europe and Latin America. It will broadcast on satellite at the following parameters:
