    Hdd

I keep having problems with my hard drive dropping out, when i go into set up/vix/mountmanager it only shows my usb stick, but not my hard drive, now the only way i can get my box to reconise my hard drive again, is for me to remove the usb stick, reboot the box, and then it see`s the hhd again, but it seems to be dropping out more and more now, could this be a bug...i`m running 2.3 with updates.....cheers
What else can i say !!.....

Not had the problem with any of my boxes and they all have HDD and 2 USB sticks.

Do the USB sticks keep their mounts?

Might be worth testing it with USB off and than adding them in case one of the stick is faulty.

Not had any probs with the 16gb usb stick stanman m8, it`s always been the hard drive, and like i said, the only way to get the hard drive re-reconised, was to remove the usb stick first, then re-boot the box, but even rebooting the box was becoming a problem as well as it was taking for even to re-boot, so i got so fed up rebooting the box, and trying to get the hard drive reconnised that i did a re-install of the image, and the hard drive was reconnised straight away, i will now keep a close eye on this to see if it starts to happen again......cheers....
